Order processing times
Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times like Chinese New Year, Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
We ship from our warehouses located in Singapore. We currently ship to Singapore and Malaysia with plans to expand to new countries in early 2022!
- Orders shipping within Singapore will arrive within 2-5 business days.
- Orders shipping internationally to Malaysia will arrive within 3-8 business days

Orders can be picked up Monday - Friday, from 10am - 5pm. A message will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
- Orders shipping to an address in Singapore with a nett order value of $119.99 or less, have a flat rate of $5
- Orders shipping to an address in Singapore with a nett order value of $120 or more, have free shipping.
